The full title on the front says: The Red Raven Library Stirring Tales Of Old Buccaneer Days In Tropic Seas or Thad's Strange Adventures at Hispaniola.
On first page it says: No. 36. New York, September 146, 1905. Price Five Cents.

I have searched the internet and have only found that it was a weekly magazine for boys devoted to stirring tales of the buccaneer days of old and it only ran for the year of 1905.
The book/magazine is in readable condition. The first page has a worn off sticker that someone must have placed some years back, either then that is discolored and the edges have quite some wear on them.
