Any suggestions of good book dealers in the Mid-West? I am in Oklahoma and not a book collector, so I'm not sure where to begin.

Wow, you're right. This is tough. Not in ABE. I googled it and it came right back to this page.

It's possible it was self published. You'll need to take it to a rare book dealer. It potentially could have a decent value. Maybe check with two dealers.
