I do not have the dust jacket, but I do have a 1894 version of this book - page 209 is loose from the book abd the bindinding is cracked on the fist and last page - what would it's value be if it would be considered fair to good shape?

I have looked at several books with this title in www.addall.com.
I find some dated 1901. These do not have dustjackets which is typical as dustjackets were not common then.
Your dustjacket shows very little wear. There may be another date somewhere in the pages. There were other books printed in 1922 and 1946.
The 1946 issue is priced at $35-40. If it really was published in 1901 it would have green boards and the price range would be $300+.
