You are right. This is a tough one. I found no books for sale anywhere.

I did do a google search and found some references to William Hanby and this book but nothing for sale.

If the book is in reasonable condition - spine, boards and pages intact - and you think it could be valuable you might contact and auction house.

One that has a form to fill out is:
