Rand McNally's Illustrated atlas of the world, 1898

by NJ Mike
(Joisey, baby)

Great two volume set of America and the rest of the world, gorgeous plate maps and really neat info......population centers, crops produced etc.......
Both sets have intact covers, bindings are holding, but in pretty tattered shape.
As an example, Oklahoma is divided into two; Oklahoma and Indian Territory.
Very very cool yard sale find.
Love to know if the books are worth more than taking it apart and selling the plates.
