Kept For The Masters Use

I bought this book at yard sale several years ago for 5 cents and can't find anything about how much its worth the author is Frances R. Havergal and published by Grosset & Dunlap of New York.

It has 173 pages and has a paper cover over it and on the inside cover of book its signed from one friend to another in 1949 a lady named H.W.Pittman signed it October 1949 can you tell me what this book is worth please,
