History of the English People

Author: John Richard Green, M.A.
Title: History of the English People note- I did some research on my own, and another book by the same author kept coming up titled A Short History of the English People. This is not A Short History.
Publisher: Harper & Brothers, Publishers - Franklin square
Publishing City: New York
Date Published: There is no date given. However, seeing as these are history books, I would assume that whenever the books end is roughly about when they were published. In the final volume, "modern England" is 1815.
There is nothing that indicates whether or not this is a first printing.

The books are in fairly good condition. The cover is a bit scuffed up in some places along the edge, but nothing huge. Along the bottom of each book is a stain, as though the books were sitting in something wet, but it did not affect the pages in any way.

The spines are all in good condition, as are the boards. The text is completely legible. There are no missing of torn pages as far as I can tell.

Some of the pages are still connected, and it doesn't appear that anyone has tried to tear them open. There are 4 volumes total, but I am missing volume 2.
