Contemplations Moral and Divine - Circa MDCLXXXV -1685

by April Hook
(Fort Rucker, AL)

By Sir Matthew Hale, printed for William Shrowsbery at the bible in Duke-lane and John Leigh at Stationers-hall, london. over 500 pages..

I have an old book about Sir Matthew Hale 1609-1676 Chief Justice of the Kings Bench, English Barrister, judge, jurist and Knight.
My book is in fairly rough shape but all intact and can be read. There is a lot of writing throughout the book in that period writings, with the quil/ink. Actually the most beautiful handwriting i've ever seen. I was just curious to know if it's actually worth much? It wouldn't matter really as i love the book and plan to keep it. :)
