Angelology

Angelology

Angelology

Avalina came across this book recently and e-mailed this information to me:

" ... Angelology ... should have a star for Publishers Weekly and a star for Library Journal.

I read a couple of articles about it. It's the author's second book, but first novel. Her first book was a memoir and named one of the 10 best books of 2006 by the NY Times.

There was a bidding war among publishers for Angelology and the movie rights have already been sold. It was compared to "The Divinci Code" in one of the articles. Of course, that probably means they are publishing a bunch (200,000 - Bob). It comes out March 9."

I thought this looked really good and the initial rating was 50 - a possible book of the month. But the 200,000 first printing brought it down to a 33.

A signed copy though should be worth buying if it's not expensive (< $35).

Here is the link where I found the no. of printings. It has the print runs for a lot of other books that are coming out.
